14 weeks along and 20 months old!

Logan is now 20 months and a few weeks and it's amazing how much he knows! His favorite word to use right now is "no", everything is a "no" He knows tons of others though and sometimes even puts two words together! , he knows which animals are which, which body parts are which on himself and others. He copies things people do as well!
We are now 15 weeks pregnant as well (this 14 week picture is late because of computer problems last week) I'm still feeling very good, just a sore back sometimes after work. I think i'm a little more scared for labour this time just because i know what's coming and i know what it's like, before with Logan it was more like an adventure because i never knew what it would be like. I want to try to have another natural drug free birth since that made me happy.

12 Weeks

I was 12 weeks pregnant on Friday the 1st. I am still feeling good! sometimes i forget we're having another baby becuase i feel normal, just very tired and my back is sore every night...i think that may have something to do with having to carry a 27 lb. toddler, something i didn't have to do last time. I'm going to start going to prenatal yoga on Wednesday night this week, because i enjoyed it so much! Otherwise the only craving i have is for ice ice ice cold water and when i want some i just can drink enough of it...i think it's pretty weird since usually i like my water room temp.

I do feel as though this baby is a girl...we will see on Feb 22nd though. Just because i feel totally different from when i was pregnant with Logan. And whenever i picture our family later this year i always see a little girl with bows and dresses. I have no preference to what sex of baby we have though! i could totally picture myself being a mom to 2 little boys as well! Girly stuff is so fun though!!

Logan loves the baby already, he knows it's in my tummy (but then sometimes he also thinks he has a baby in his tummy! or Dustin does), and lifts up my shirt to see, he then give it a pat and says "baby" but then since he's a boy he has to add a poke to my belly button "poke!"

The finished nursery

This is Logan's new nursery, i have sewn up the crib sheet and change table cover, made a diaper bag to hang over the edge and made the curtains. I think it came together pretty nicely.

The Gar Gar Truck

My son is very persistant...and i'm pretty sure he get's it from me!
Logan heard a Garbage truck this morning, so we had to go look out the window and there in the Tim Hortons parking lot was the truck lifting up and dumping the bin, we kept watching until the truck drove away. Then all we kept hearing then was "gar gar" "gar gar" "gar gar" so i would go over to the window and show him "the truck is all finished here now and has gone on to do other jobs" a few minutes later "gar gar" "the truck is all done here but we will see it in a few more days again" "gar gar" and so on. Even when we went out for the day and pulled up to our house again he pointed at the parking lot and said "gar gar" "your right the truck was there this morning but it's all gone right now" I think this garbage truck was the highlight to his day! I think it's amazing the things that just capture him!
Whenver we read the book "Huge Machines" Logan points to the picture of the Semi Truck and says "bu" or bus and i then have to say "no that's a big truck!" "bu" "no that's a semi truck like daddy drives" then Logan shakes his head and says "bu" again...i'm not sure if he's shaking his head to say "hey mom! it's a bus!" or "no it's not a bus" we can really do this for 5 minutes, back and forth "bu" "no that's a big truck, see it's carrying pigs!" "bu" "that's a big truck!" He just doesn't give up :)
