I made a slip cover and new canopy for our car seat this weekend. I think it turned out quite nice, but did take longer than i thought.
This is our car seat BEFORE, there is nothing wrong with the cover. I just wanted to try out the pattern.
And some painting! First Logan painted his wooden car and then we made a picture together.
Great job!!! It doesn't even look like a slip cover! is the canopy part a slip cover too?

ReplyDeleteThe canopy part isn't a slip cover, it's a little tricky but the canopy on our car seat popped off and then the two plastic pieced unclip so i took off the original canopy and just replaced it with the one i made, you do need to buy some electrica ties to use as the boning in the new canopy!
It was a very fun project! I hope to make more for baby shower gifts :)
